تطبيق قدراتي — QudratyQQudratyQ App
أولاً: الشروط والأحكامFirst: Terms and Conditions
- تطبيق قدراتي (QudratyQ) مخصص للتدرّب على اختبار القدرات العامة لطلاب الصفوف الأول والثاني والثالث الثانوي.
- باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام وسياسات الاستخدام.
- جميع المحتويات التعليمية وبنوك الأسئلة والميزات المولّدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي محمية بحقوق الملكية الفكرية، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة نشرها دون إذن كتابي.
- يُمنع استخدام التطبيق لأي أغراض غير تعليمية أو مخالفة للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- الاشتراك مخصص لحساب واحد ومستخدم واحد، ومشاركة الحساب قد تؤدي إلى إيقافه.
- تحتفظ إدارة التطبيق بحق تعديل المحتوى أو الباقات أو الشروط في أي وقت مع إشعار المستخدمين داخل التطبيق.
- QudratyQ is dedicated to practicing for the General Aptitude Test (Qudurat) for 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students.
- By using the app, you agree to comply with these terms, conditions, and usage policies.
- All educational content, question banks, and AI-generated features are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied or republished without written permission.
- Using the app for any non-educational purposes, or in violation of the regulations in force in Saudi Arabia, is prohibited.
- A subscription is for one account and one user; account sharing may lead to suspension.
- The app management reserves the right to modify content, plans, or terms at any time with in-app notification to users.
ثانياً: سياسة الخصوصيةSecond: Privacy Policy
البيانات التي نجمعها
بيانات إنشاء الحساب الأساسية (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الجوال، الصف الدراسي)، وبيانات الاستخدام والأداء داخل التطبيق (نتائج التدريبات ومستوى التقدم)، وبيانات تقنية عن الجهاز لأغراض التشغيل والدعم.
الغرض من الجمع
تشغيل الحساب، وتخصيص تجربة التدريب، وتحسين المحتوى والميزات، والتواصل بشأن الاشتراك والدعم الفني.
مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي جهة. تتم مشاركة الحد الأدنى من البيانات فقط مع مزودي الخدمات اللازمين للتشغيل — مثل مزودي بوابات الدفع لمعالجة الاشتراكات ومزودي الاستضافة — وبما يتوافق مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
بيانات القاصرين
التطبيق موجه لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية، وقد يكون بعضهم دون سن الثامنة عشرة. نجمع الحد الأدنى الضروري من بياناتهم، وننصح باستخدام التطبيق بعلم ولي الأمر، ويحق لولي الأمر طلب الاطلاع على بيانات القاصر أو حذفها عبر قنوات التواصل أدناه.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحقوقك
نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال فترة نشاط الحساب. عند حذف الحساب تُزال البيانات الشخصية من أنظمتنا، وقد يُحتفظ ببيانات محدودة لمدة تتراوح بين 30 و90 يوماً فقط عند وجود متطلب قانوني أو أمني. لك حق طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها في أي وقت. لتفاصيل الحذف راجع صفحة حذف الحساب.
سياسة الاسترجاع
الاشتراكات المدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترجاع بعد التفعيل، إلا في حال وجود خلل تقني مثبت يمنع الاستفادة من الخدمة، وتُعالج الطلبات عبر البريد الإلكتروني الرسمي.
Data we collect
Basic account data (name, email or mobile number, grade level), in-app usage and performance data (practice results and progress), and technical device data for operation and support purposes.
Purpose of collection
Operating your account, personalizing the training experience, improving content and features, and communicating about subscriptions and technical support.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Only the minimum necessary data is shared with service providers required for operation — such as payment gateway providers for subscription processing and hosting providers — in compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Minors' data
The app targets high-school students, some of whom may be under 18. We collect the minimum data necessary, recommend usage with a guardian's knowledge, and guardians may request access to or deletion of a minor's data through the contact channels below.
Retention and your rights
Data is retained while the account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed from our systems; limited data may be retained for 30–90 days only where a legal or security requirement exists. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. For deletion details, see the account deletion page.
Refund policy
Paid subscriptions are non-refundable after activation, except in cases of a proven technical defect preventing use of the service. Requests are handled via the official email.
