نطاق الترخيصScope of License
يمنحك المرخّص ترخيصاً غير قابل للنقل لاستخدام التطبيق على الأجهزة التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها. يرجى مراعاة القيود التالية:
- لا يجوز توزيع التطبيق عبر شبكة لاستخدامه من قبل أجهزة متعددة في وقت واحد.
- يُمنع نقل أو إعادة توزيع أو منح ترخيص من الباطن للتطبيق.
- يجب إزالة التطبيق تماماً من الجهاز قبل بيعه أو نقل ملكيته.
- يُحظر نسخ التطبيق أو هندسته عكسياً أو محاولة استخراج الكود المصدري.
The Licensor grants you a nontransferable license to use the Licensed Application on any products you own or control. This license includes the following restrictions:
- The application may not be distributed over a network for simultaneous use on multiple devices.
- Sublicensing, redistribution, or transferring the license is prohibited.
- You must delete the application before selling or transferring the ownership of your device.
- Reverse-engineering, disassembly, or attempting to derive the source code is strictly forbidden.
الموافقة على استخدام البياناتConsent to Use of Data
أنت توافق على أنه يجوز للمرخّص جمع واستخدام البيانات الفنية بجهازك ونظامك دورياً لتسهيل التحديثات ودعم المنتج، بشكل لا يحدد هويتك الشخصية، ووفقاً لما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية.
You agree that Licensor may collect and use technical data about your device, system, and peripherals gathered periodically. This information is used to facilitate software updates and product support in a form that does not personally identify you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
الخدمات الخارجيةExternal Services
استخدام الخدمات الخارجية يكون على مسؤوليتك الشخصية.
- المعلومات المعروضة هي لأغراض عامة فقط ولا يضمن المرخّص دقتها.
- المرخّص غير مسؤول عن فحص أو تقييم محتوى خدمات الأطراف الثالثة.
- لا يجوز استخدام هذه الخدمات للإساءة أو التحرش أو انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية للآخرين.
The application may provide access to third-party services at your sole risk.
- Information displayed by External Services is for general informational purposes only and its accuracy is not guaranteed by the Licensor.
- Licensor is not responsible for evaluating the content or reliability of third-party services.
- Users must not use these services to harass, abuse, or infringe on the intellectual property of others.
الإنهاءTermination
تسري هذه الاتفاقية حتى إنهائها. تنتهي حقوقك تلقائياً عند الإخلال بأي من الشروط، ويجب عليك حينها التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وإتلاف جميع نسخه.
This agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must stop all use and destroy all copies of the application.
إخلاء المسؤوليةNo Warranty
يتم تقديم التطبيق "كما هو" و"كما هو متاح" مع كافة عيوبه ودون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية أو نظامية.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
تحديد المسؤوليةLimitation of Liability
لا يتحمل المرخّص المسؤولية عن الأضرار العرضية أو الخاصة أو التبعية، ويشمل ذلك دون حصر:
- فقدان الأرباح أو البيانات أو انقطاع الأعمال.
- يقتصر إجمالي مسؤولية المرخّص على مبلغ لا يتجاوز مائتي ريال سعودي (200 ر.س) أو قيمة الاشتراك المدفوع، أيهما أقل.
Licensor shall not be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation:
- Loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
- Total liability shall not exceed two hundred Saudi Riyals (SAR 200) or the paid subscription amount, whichever is lower.
ضوابط التصدير والتصنيف التجاريExport Control & Commercial Item
لا يجوز تصدير التطبيق أو إعادة تصديره إلا وفق ما يسمح به النظام. يُصنف التطبيق كبرنامج حاسوبي تجاري بموجب الأنظمة المعمول بها.
You may not export or re-export the application except as authorized by law. The application is classified as Commercial Computer Software under applicable regulations.
القانون المعمول بهGoverning Law
تخضع هذه الاتفاقية لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكم المملكة حصرياً بالفصل في أي نزاعات.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Saudi Arabia.
