Scope of License

The Licensor grants you a nontransferable license to use the Licensed Application on any products you own or control. This license includes several restrictions:

• The application may not be distributed over a network for simultaneous use on multiple devices.
• Sublicensing, redistribution, or transferring the license is prohibited.
• You must delete the application before selling or transferring the ownership of your device.
• Reverse-engineering, disassembly, or attempting to derive the source code is strictly forbidden.

Consent to Use of Data

You agree that Licensor may collect and use technical data about your device, system, and peripherals gathered periodically. This information is used to facilitate software updates and product support in a form that does not personally identify you.

External Services

The application may provide access to third-party services at your sole risk.

• Information displayed by External Services is for general informational purposes only and its accuracy is not guaranteed by the Licensor.
• Licensor is not responsible for evaluating the content or reliability of third-party services.
• Users must not use these services to harass, abuse, or infringe on the intellectual property of others.

Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must stop all use and destroy all copies of the application.

No Warranty

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

Limitation of Liability

Licensor shall not be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
• Total liability shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).

Export Control & Commercial Item

You may not export or re-export the application except as authorized by law. The application is classified as Commercial Computer Software under applicable regulations.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Saudi Arabia.
